All this can be resolved easily this year with the use of smart phones, the web, and some ingenuity on the planner’s part.

Planning a bridal shower has never been easier if you know what to do. Sending out a mass invite using the internet can save you a lot of hassle. You can also include a link to the online registry where all the gifts will be clearly listed including the ones that have already been bought for the bride. That way, no one will buy the same thing. Also include a link for a map of the venue so people can figure out how to get there beforehand. This will insure no one gets lost and no one complains about not receiving an invite. Things have changed in 2011 and we all have to keep up.
